Vex IQ Fall 2019 Signup For Grades 4-6
Please Read These Instructions First:
- Registration is open to all Jenison Public School Students who will be in the 4th-6th grades in the 2019/2020 school year
- Both the Registration Form and Payment need to be returned to Jenison Robotics before registration is considered complete
- There will be one parent meeting and information night. This will take place on August 29 at 7PM, in the Junior High Cafeteria. This will be the last chance to register for the Fall 2019 season for all 4-6th grade students.
- Fall Registration is on a "conditional basis." We want to have as many students participate as have signed up, however we need coaches to make that happen. If we don't get enough parents volunteer to coach, we will use a lottery system to assign students to teams. The only way to guarantee a spot for your child, is to volunteer as a coach or assistant coach.
- Please note: There are parent volunteer hour requirements for all participating students, info is on the registration form.
- Any "late registrations" will be put on a "waiting list"

Pay By Credit Card

- If you are paying for more than one child, please return to the signup screen and checkout once all children are signed up.
- When checking out, just add the appropriate event(s) to your basket.
- There is a $3 "Convenience Fee" added to all credit card transactions
